Enchanted ward and health is enough to not die to mobs in m3? Do you have to make sure you dodge everything or can you actually take a hit without dying?

Do you think the serenity's empower perk gives more damage than Finisher's 15% damage buff on bleed? I was thinking maybe use the GS with keenly jagged + trenchant crits(Not Serenity) and Finisher.
