Build the 66 Batmobile Phase 3 to 5 from Fanhome

Hi all, welcome to my build of the 66 Batmobile.
In this video we assemble the roll bar and add the beacon, turn lever handle and other details, also we satrt work on the engine and add detailed parts to the windshield.

Nicely done John, I think the roll bar looks splendid, certainly iconic for the way I remember Batman and the transfers were already done for us which was good. I found those little red round lenses fiddly,but once they are in, alls good. I'm keeping the screen under a wrap, I can see that getting scratched,before it's used. Do love the mags. Hi John, great watching this and all your builds. I am also building this Batmobile as I used to have the toy version when I was a little lad, so it's a trip down memory lane. If I remember the toy version used to fire rockets out of the three launchers. Anyway, I have a daft question. Should the LED work with any tester? The only one I have is the one that came with Issue one of the hachette lancaster. I plugged mine in and it didn't light up? I know the tester works cos the motor still works on the lancaster. Fanhome are great and are sending me a replacement but I don't want to plug it in to test of it's the wrong tester and I blew the 1st one!

That is the tester I used, 3volts shouldn't be a problem. Yes, I had this car as a kid, but that's a long time ago, and I can't remember if it did shoot rockets. 👍😊
