Just wanted to say a big thanks for all the great content you guys have put out. I'm weeks away from opening my first cafe using the same configuration sp2, ocd, puq press and fb80 😅. I love the flow and full credit goes to you guys for all the advice

Thank you. This will work beautifully for you. Work flow is such a huge part of the slow coffee movement we see in cafes.

Congrats on your success I like to implant there style recipes etc in USA at my own coffee cart with a twist of my own. But fully inspired by them all at artisti I hope your adventure brings you great friends and new beings and more.

Good video, can contest that Village Pantry make excellent coffee. I can’t wait until we get to 40kg a week, this video inspires me more to get the new barista station ready.

Note: at about 53 seconds into the video the person doing the video puts his fingers into a cup and then proceeds to put the cup back on the pile. Not sure about you all but I prefer to drink from a cup that hasn't had someone elses fingers in it.

What about the knock box?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Жыл бұрын
Good question! We tend to use the stand alone 900mm knock tube/box which we can move around depending on where we like to have it rather than something that's fixed: artisti.com.au/products/rhino-thumpa-knoockout-tube-large-900mm

Could u do something on a cart even if it’s like two carts side by side for work flow obviously since smaller flow will be slower but never know depending on location that day or week or month

Interesting...just starting out. Did you ever have a customer put too much sugar in the cup ❓️ Or two customers orders got mixed up ❓️
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Жыл бұрын
Yes, it happens when customers are on their phone and rushing for their coffee and don’t pay attention and they grab the wrong coffee. So annoying as then you have 2 wrong orders to remake that the customer won’t pay for. 😂

What about the manual brewing station? Most of the time it’s the one who clogged the work flow
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Жыл бұрын
Yes it’s a very time consuming area. Alternative brewing is the 1% of sales for many cafes, it looks fantastic and really needs a dedicated person on that station. It’s not a profit area more for marketing unfortunately. But if you can pay and get a wonderful coffee then it’s worth it for the customer
@edabella5568 Жыл бұрын
whats the depth and height of the bar?
@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Жыл бұрын
The clearance under the bench is 900 to allow for space between the fridge and bench, that way the machine power and water can also fit. We’ll have a video out with these details soon. Keep an eye out.
