A few years ago I opened up a business and started renting a shared big office. I invited my dad to come over a see the place. When he was leaving the building my dad said to me you need to get a place of your own. He had picked up on something. Cut long story short I moved a few months after that. It’s the best advice I have ever received, I am so happy in my own place and my business is growing. Turns out I even lost some of my customers coz of the way the place was setup 🙏🙏

Dee it's probably for the best you got out of there. I said on the first vid that the garage looks a bit awkward to get a car in especially since his daughter was going to have a ramp at the door so they could strip cars. So I am guessing that there plan was to make side money from you to pay for the conversion then kick you out anyway so they can have that bit for there tool shop strip area before it goes up stairs to the stock area to be sold on. You will rise from this stronger. Remember there is friends for life and there is friends that come and go. A good friend looks out for you a come and go will only take what they want then go like a leach. Hope you manage to get something sorted with the rr.
