Build Update: Making A Tiny Waterproof Deck || Dr Decks

We finally finished the back decks and all that's left is this small deck out front and then we are fully DONE. However small a deck is, we still give it the Dr Decks Treatment.

Is there ever a concern that moisture or condensation will get trapped behind the EPDM liner and the wall of the house causing rotting issue in the future? in the case where you may run the EPDM liner 6 inches up the wall on the house do you want some breathability to allow the chance to dry if somehow moisture does get behind the stucco or siding on the house becoming trapped behind the liner? how do you seal that top edge of the liner against the house to avoid this?

ZipUp is one brand that can be installed under an existing deck. It's a bit pricey, but has a nice clean look and comes in three color choices.
