In this video, Tim demonstrates how to rebuild and keep your core's intimate relationship with your head's movements. This not only feels good, it keeps you strong.

Thank you for sharing! Your videos have helped me tremendously! That’s actually an understatement…4years ago now, when I survived a gunshot to the head, I woke up with my speech and mental cognitive functions intact, but physical therapy didn’t help my half paralyzed body. Partly due to the fact I had no insurance and could only work with student therapists with not much experience. Anyways, not trying to give you my life story here, but I just wanted to illustrate how the videos you post dramatically shifted my experience these past few years. Instead of being in pain and helpless, I could move a little bit everyday in a way that felt great and build strength. In the beginning, I couldn’t do most of the fun, feel good moves you showcased, but I visited your channel daily, and I kept looking forward to loading up one of your new videos on KZbin and trying and moving where I could. Now I can run, do pull-ups brush my teeth with my weak hand, floss with both hands and much more. I just wanted to say, you have my deepest gratitude and appreciation for your content and your outlook on the body and movement, because it’s truly changed my life and complimented everything I learned about the brain in my coincidental, but passionate studies shortly before my brain injury and as a teenager😤Thank you!!🙏🏻 I know that’s a lot, but thank you so much!🙏🏻

I'm so happy that you keep talking about the core! I sadly did OS for years without my core engaged, duh!! Has been a great lesson for me in what "not to do" but aren't those usually the best lessons?

Hey Tim! I am currently a few months into pelvic floor physiotherapy for puborectalis hypertension, and I am feeling about 90% better than I was when I started treatment. My routine consists of child's pose, cat & cow, frogs pose, and laying pelvic flicks. Do you have any suggestions to add to my routine, or is it best to avoid anything I haven't been prescribed? I am curious if general pelvic floor exercises will benefit or detract from my situation. I love your style of content, thanks you very much for the free resources you are providing.

Hey Tom, I’m glad you’re feeling so much better! That’s really good news. You may also find this helpful, and it should not take away from what you’re already doing. Definitely keep up the good work! How to Strengthen the Pelvic Floor - Part 2 kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmHdmaGHj8amick

I really struggle to even just lift my head off the floor!!!I actually have a strong core but have always battled to lift my head off the floor. Any tips??? My neck is very long and I guess the neck muscles aren't strong enough??

It gets easier over time. Especially if you show up often!
