This was a fun and challenging build. Hope everyone enjoys the story we put together. Please let me know in the comments if you did and any questions you might have. Thanks for watching!

This is AWESOME... but where is the Piano Man and the giant vulture? Seriously, this is the closest I have seen to the "old amusement park galleries"... and I have been scouring KZbin for such a thing for... over 13 years. Well done!

Haha I remember the piano man! Adventureland still has a shooting gallery. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jqiognVod75qfrMsi=bmPVU4YNfDfzU8FT Also I think all the Bass Pro shops have one you can play for free. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKPHn3-vfZake7ssi=bxZiRssRq33UjKrC

This is AWESOME!!! I’m also a software dev who hates stand ups, and I want to build my own version of the Buzz Lightyear shooting ride at home. I’m so glad I found your video! Super helpful; very funny. Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for watching! Let me know if you need any help with your buzz lightyear. Sounds like a fun project. Yeah I see stand ups as a form of micro management. What did you do yesterday? What are you doing today? Ok, I’ll check back tomorrow and ask the same questions when I could just look at the jira board and get the same answers. Ugh so painful, I hear some people love them. So not sure what I’m doing wrong. Anyway, your project sounds awesome, keep in touch. I want to see how it turns out!

That was great! And you found something to use that 2560 board on! I really liked the dual mp3 players/amps solution. Nice!

I am not tech savvy sure would love too have a shooting gallery. As a kid I love the feed back from the experience.

Hi. First off, love the video and this project. Thank you for sharing. I am trying to replicate this as you have it. Wired everything based on the diagram you provided but it’s not working. Can you provide some help? I sense I am missing a few things looking at the code and wiring diagram. When I power the arduino I get this message on the serial monitor; unable to begin, 1. Please recheck the connection 2. Please insert the sd card. At this stage the relays are closed and the props are on, the target lights are off, the photo sensor is on (green led on) and the laser on the gun is on. I don’t have a remote wired and just a momentary switch connected between a ground and pin A2. Any thoughts on where to trouble shoot first? Thank you in advance

Simple in concept and on a small scale like one to 5 targets but the real fun becomes wjen ypu got 20-30 targets and gotta have animattonjcs move and make noises when hit and the software lol
@CodeMakesItGo Жыл бұрын
20-30 targets would be awesome! Especially if the targets were immersive and you could walk through a scene hitting the targets.

Hey Tim, thanks for the reminder; all voice files should be here: github.com/CodeMakesItGo/SquidGamesDoll/tree/main/voice

@@robomaster53 sorry wrong project! I have bad news about the audio files. You will have to get permission from Wicker Manor for the audio files. He hired a voice actor to create them. So I can’t distribute them on their behalf. Look for WickerManor on Instagram or their KZbin channel. Very nice people and can help you out.
