So true. That, and the Food Crisis... And the Economic Crisis... And the Ukraine Crisis... Oh and not to forget the Environmental Crisis. I literally did forget the Population Crisis... So bloody used to COVID I also forgot the Virus Crisis. Holy shit, that's 7 legitimate global crisis currently in progress. I'd never actually counted before. Those sick individuals leading our civilisation have a lot to answer for.

A wise man once told me "experience is what you get, when you don't get what you want" -Ed Fennel That saying has always rung true for me and I know it does for anyone growing plants. Experience is the result of mistakes that have been intellectually digested and addressed. Build your soil. Build your medicine. Build your food. Never stop learning. Thank you Build a soil family.

Really grateful for this new series! I’m taking a break from growing cannabis for a while and going all in with vegetables in and outdoors this season. I have two 20 gallon pots of coots mix that are just finishing their first cycle with cannabis. What would be some vegetables that would benefit most from such a rich soil and an indoor environment. I’ll be filling a few more containers with a lighter mix for outdoor use as well.

The tent is the only way I can have tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and spinach in the summer. I look forward to any trick you and your wife can provide; for, as you know a tent can fill up very fast. You know, you guys really could give it a rest on the sexist comments. She's smart and obviously knows a hell of a lot about growing vegetables. I'm here for the education that this family is so generously giving away for free. Speaking of, thanks so much for the first demo on what to do when a problem arises, I had the same thing happen to my tomatoes and good to know I was overwatering. I'm going to hang with the whole process and have epic tomatoes this year.

I was literally planting veg seeds and then came in to find this vid. I don't have to go away to over or under water something though! It's a lot of work giving each plant in a tray individual attention plus all the regular stuff with your medicinal plants and all the outside work is getting started too! I don't know how you guys find time to think about us, even though you've been away and came back to an emergency! Just got Kraft Blend to save myself some work and boost all my soil! It really is a money, and time saver. And think of the space it saves, just 1 container for 15 items. Thanks for that, Thanks for sharing, I always pick up something new to try, learn or just enjoy!

You may try watering from the bottom up. I have switched to this method with clones they wick up what they need and I've never had a over watering issue this way. Also the top stays dryer than watering from above so it aids with pests like fungus Nats
@buildasoilfamilyfarm24042 жыл бұрын
I definitely want to bottom water!! Because they got overwatered when I left town I can’t just throw water in the bottom because they ones that are still wet will never get the chance to dry out. We were not bottom watering yet because there is so much soil and such a small plant then I couldn’t start watering from the bottom because I was trying to let some of them dry… so many variables ahhh lol
@scottwood19532 жыл бұрын
@@buildasoilfamilyfarm2404 I only wrote that because I understand what it's like to have others take care of the littles and bottom up watering I have found to be way less problematic for those who don't do it every day. Leaving ones nursery to the care of others always stresses me out. Thanks for what you guys do I really enjoy the programming.

I started growing tomatoes zucchini cantaloupe watermelon and Home Harvest Orange peppers all of them have 100% germination which is great however now it's a jungle in my two-by-four that actually ended up moving all of my fruits and veggies out of the 2x4 to make room for my four cannabis plants. I'm in bi-polar state that takes its time with warm weather. What is the coldest you would allow you plants to be in? Where I am at it can be 75 during the day and 35 at night. My zucchinis are ready to get pollinated the Little Flower heads keep falling off..
