Main thing is in BBA, b part is not mentioned and thats the catch. In UP, BBA's are made on 100rs stamp notary. Is it legal? Dont know how to deal with b part payment?

In the agreement builder has not specified the quality of wires , tiles fittings etc. Can we ask him to give all the details in agreement

Car parking was said will be provided as covered. In the rera agreement to sale they have written it as open/surface/ covered/ stilt . How can i guarantee that it will be a covered parking?

Mahira has written in BBA that they can allocate any other unit as well (rather that alloted one in draw) in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

hello sir, i bought a property in dlf 93 floors and i was told by their sales guy that there will be 2 acre clubhouse. However when i recived their bba, there was no mention of clubhouse. Then i reached out to their crm team and they are saying that there is no provision of clubhouse. Since they have lied to me, can i cancel the property and get back full refund. BBA is not registered yet.

Sir, on “Valuation List” Page of the agreement, the built up area and carpet area is less as compared to the built-up area and carpet area mentioned in the “Index 2” page. Is this normal?

In my builder agreement on delay penalty , it has written as per rera rule . Now how we can know what is in rera rule . builder is not disclosing clearly..

Hello sir.... Whenever we go to deal any property.... if we ask developers to give the builder buyer draft agreement to read before giving the token money.....Not a single builder is ready to give it ..they say it will be provided after the registration of the property

Plot purchase ke liye hamne token money diya, dealer se ye agreement tha ki within 30 days agar cancellation hota hai, to full refund karenge. 3 dine mein hamne cancel kiya, par dealer refund nahi kar raha, karta hun bol ke taal deta hai. Kya ham koi legal action le sakte hain?

Sir my agreement says that builder can increase the cost of flat based on taxes /charges/fees/levies. I am doubtful about this clause since I am taking loan . What should I do ?
