Also the log walls do give it an "African" feeling. They bring to mind a "boma" or "kraal", an area that is surrounded by logs and sticks kind of like a courtyard. These areas are often used to keep livestock or humans safe from predators.

Such a cool idea to hide the staff entrance inside a shared staff/animal building. Probably not new and I see it a lot in real Zoos but somehow this hit me the most in this one. Great building. I am still struggling with my very first proper food court without premade buildings (so much choices of layout and material!) but after that I am gonna try a facility/shelter building next. Thanks for the inspiration!

Hey DeLadySigner I think what I love most about City Zoo is that it has areas for different regions like real Zoo's and it is so cool and I love it! The main Zoo, South America Dome, Riviera Hall, Safari Ride, Little Asia, Reptile House and Predator Complex. You could actually make a map of City Zoo! I cannot even imagine how further crazy good the Zoo will become if or when the Aviary DLC or the Aquarium DLC comes out! Actually DeLadySigner which animal that isn't in game would you like to be added into one of the regions of City Zoo? Me for example defiantly the Moose in the land of the cold!

I finally made it, I rewatched all episodes I missed the last 6 months of City Zoo, what I can say now is that even through this time your fantastic building skills are still improving more and more, I really love this series! I just literally finished making a meerkat habitat. I did it for hours and the result is just a rectangular habitat which is too huge with rocks and a few trees. How can I not be creative like you 🥲

Lady. first of all great habitat loved it and I am definitely going to get inspiration from this. Second of all I was going to say for you to take inspiration from the meerkat habitat in the Lisbon Zoo to make your's on the franchise zoo but unfortunately i did my research to try and find fotos of it and send those to u but I couldn't. What a great episode of city zoo. I really really love this zoo. In Copenhagen zoo there sometimes is small statues hidden in some of the areas where you show how to fill up a zoo.

Hey there. I am new to planet zoo and I LOVE all your habitats. I made a meerkat habitat like this one with a building containing keeper hut and den inside for the meerkats. I attached a larger outside part due to it being an African zoo and honestly just bigger for more animals. But...when I use the heat map to see the land the meerkat can walk on they can not go inside. I have tried I think everything aside from deleting the entire thing and starting over. I was wondering if you had any advice as to why they might not be able to go inside the building I built and attached to the outside barrier? I didn't know who else to ask for help and you are a genius at the game so I thought you might help

Hello! Tell me, do you also have problems with this Venetian glass? Everytime I try to add it, it is dark at the outside and transparent on the inside. We don't want to do it that way... I know I have to delete the barrier, and build it again. Maybe There is easier way?

I honestly have no idea what you mean with venetian glass here.. lol..

Some animals are shy, and you have to add this special glass to the fencing, so the animals couldn't see the guests, and guests could see the animals. So when I buld a habitat, and I replace part of the fencing with this "super glass", it is dark on the outside, and transparent from the inside, so animals can see viewers, and viewers can't see animals. This is very anoying issue.

@@antanett8719 one way glass. When you place one way glass fence you can chose which side it's on the same way you can choose the side the anti climbing barrier is on :) I know this is super late and you've probably already figured it out

I know you do live streams on twitch but a lot of us whatchign on KZbin don’t have twitch also if we did a livestream feels more of a interaction between views and the creator and if you don’t have the app you can’t type in the chat so the interaction goes (Hope this makes sense

No sorry ☺ Made a statement about that weeks ago ☺ Cant find the link anymore, so here a copy paste of the text I posted in my Discord: Hey @everyone ♥ A short message if you consider modding your Planet Zoo game. Some of you may have seen, a few weeks ago in a live stream, that I had a test zoo with all kinds of mods to check them out. I later had issues with City Zoo, and to exclude mods for being the issue I deleted all the mods. Now I wanted to check back on the modded test zoo to see how it works when you deleted the mods and later when you put them back. So far it keeps crashing this test park whatever I try or do. So there is no way for me to do anything anymore in this test file. So conclusion atm: Please use mods at your very own risk! Frontier does not support or endorse mods in Planet Zoo. Frontier is not going to (be able to) help you when you have issues with the game if you use any mods. For me, this surely is the reason why I will not be using any mods in my current zoos, because I would be devastated if I would lose one of my files because of mods. Not saying mods are bad to use or whatsoever, but please be aware that these kinda things can happen and that this is at your own risk ☺ Much love, DeLady ♥

I also want to know if you have any KZbinr who still play planet coaster but use the same amount of details that you did? Heya Mutant ☺ I want to play Planet Coaster, but I don't feel creative anymore for that game honestly.. besides that, the performance in DeLady in Wonderland and DeLady's Studios is terrible with only like 12 FPS (which also feels a lot worse than 12 FPS in Planet Zoo).. It's also a reason why it's holding me back to get back into the game.. But I keep thinking of the game lol, so who knows.. maybe one day I will get back again.. but I wouldnt get hopes up too high haha!
