To add, you got potential bro. I think you got a real good future ahead of you. Get a nice set of tools to really amplify these videos. Everything else is perfect

I’ve got a 1990 LS1 swapped foxbody mustang with a 6 speed manual. I loved my 4.6 in my mercury marauder. This would’ve been perfect for it with a manual swap lol.

Tip for future engine work or automotive work period. Gloves: latex or rubber of some sort. The heavy leather-ish gloves you're wearing will absorb oil and particles that you may not want on your parts. Cleanliness is next to godliness. Towels: blue shop towels aren't bad. You definitely want lint free. Coffee filters are great for cleaning any machined surfaces or to receive a gasket or sealer. Aerosol Cleaner: brake clean powers through most anything, but it does leave a film behind. Electrical contact cleaner leaves next to nothing and acetone leaves less. Some surfaces need to be that clean. Again, keep your area clean and your engine cleaner. Close windows, garage doors, shop doors, etc. The last thing you wanna do is build on a sunny windy day with the doors up letting every bit of dust get stuck to the oils in your engine. It'll wipe out your oil clearances before you can make a test hit around the neighborhood. Studs over bolts. Light pistons and rods. Chase all threads. Chamfer all bolt holes, and debur ALL components. ALWAYS open and clean an oil pump before use. Good luck. I know what it takes to make a 3V get to 1000hp and live. Ah, nvmd...."capable". Sorry, I thought you were trying to get 1000 out of what you're using. My mistake. Not knowing your cam specs, intake manifold, or fuel system you should be able to squeeze 600 out of what I can see. Good choice with the. Compression. A lot would have chosen less than 10....I've gone 11:1.

@ 10:29 install your studs after you've laid the head on the dowels and gasket. The Allen head on the end will help to install them. This decreases the chance that you'll catch any aluminum on the threads, and it'll be easier because you're not fighting to align all the studs with all the holes. They don't always tighten down exactly perpendicular to the deck.
