You might want to use 2 bolts to secure the hub motor axle torque plate. Reason bring, accelerating and regen braking will rock the axle back and forth, over time the axle nut might loosen. Worst case scenario, is that the rocking motion will spread your dropouts apart.

Too sloppy for a finished product. Fuel tank looks like a hackjob. No protection from bad weather. Rear dropouts could have been made thicker. Poor welding and cleanup. Only thing missing from that build is duct tape.

Very cool. But even modern bicycles come with disc brakes as standard. A vehicle of this weight with this power should come with disc brakes as standard, not as an upgrade option. All the stopping power comes from the front wheel.
