Just wanted to say thank you ....I am 55 and have been working out my whole life. I have learned more and have had the best gains in the past 1.5 years I have been following you, than I have had in 20 years... and I have tried everything. I wish you had been around 35 years ago when I started; I would have been in much better shape and had less injuries. Also thank you for being so real, transparent, and honest in a business that is full of smoke and mirrors and tons of bullshit misinformation!!!!!!! you are really making a difference for a lot of people like myself. Thank you my Brother!!!

I just signed up in KZbin to write this comment, although I have followed Seth for quite some time now. And I have to tell you, Seth, that you are truly one of the best bodybuilders out there ever. I love your training and motivational content very much. Please, keep up the good an inspirational work. And if I may suggest something, please release more leg training footage. We need to see those tree trunks of yours (pun intended ;) more often. Lots of love from Germany, Brother!!!

I've lost 65lbs and gained a good bit of muscle over the past 7 months from making a lifestyle change and training like seth. I have a long way to go but it feels good walking into the gym with a hwmf hat on and a pump cover knowing I can achieve whatever I set out to do with hard work. You're the man and I appreciate every single thing you post brother.

Seth! I’m 23 years old. I’m strong, healthy, and I workout 4-5 days a week. I played football my entire life but I always found my chest was my weakest link especially after my labrum tear two years ago. I’ve been building my upper body back up since and I just can’t seem to get my bird chest up to par with my back and legs. Your videos have definitely helped me the last few weeks and I have definitely felt my chest activated and a lot more sore after workouts. I’ve noticed growth and definition in barely a month. Thank you for your wisdom.

Absolute lightbulb moment for me on the warm ups discussion. Ive always had great shoulders and mediocre chest. I put up big weight so i was ok with it. But i always did chest day and felt like a shoulder day. Decided to change that. Saw your video 3 sets into my chest day and just stopped what i was doing and started over with a significant warmup.... Game changer. Spent 20 min doing knee pushups and power bands to mimic cable rows, and burnt out my upper body. Previously i was trying to target my chest with motion and angles, and couldnt get it. Also perscribed to the mentality that warm up sets were wasted strength stealing from my big weights. NO MORE. I doubled down on the warmups on a couple lifts. I did warmups of just the bar/dumbell motion with no weight for a 20 rep before picking up anything. Really felt a difference. Sitting here after my workout and i can say i havent engaged my chest like this in years. If you have dominant shoulders, WARM UP.

Asad Ali Inner and outer chest is a myth. The pectoralis major is split up horizontaly(upper and lower), so how your inner chest looks is only up to genetics, overall mass on your chest and maybe body fat %

I like Seths videos and his principles are very sound and textbook. The one issue I have to stray away from is getting caught up on the size of guys like him rather than focusing on the content. He is honest and i respect that he does reference Deca and growth hormones which are absolutely mandatory in addition to hard ass work and dieting to achieve that type of look. The problem I sometimes have is that even though im 205lbs with 5% body fat with zero drugs. I still find myself feeling like shit at times looking in the mirror and inevitably comparing my physique to his and how its not even close to being comparable.
