Looks great, very nice spot to mount it! Should be nice with where your tent folds out.

No need to tilt the tube in order to get all the water out, because the compressed air will drive out the water.

You should do a video redoing your garage. Adding attic storage with ceiling flat led can lights, drywall and, insulate the walls. Epoxy the garage floors. And for the garage door windows apply a tint. (Adds privacy, cools the garage) Shutter the windows, add shelving etc. it will bring more viewers to the channel, look good on your house and, make more useable space. Maybe even add a mini split ac unit.

All of this sounds amazing!! Unfortunately the budget part will definitely be an issue.

@@nextweeksadventure im willing to bet you would have a-lot of viewers donate most of the things you need and/or donate money. And some sponsors would be willing to help.

I appreciate your enthusiasm. It would be awesome to be able to complete my garage. I'm just not the guy to ask viewers for anything other than the views they give me. Some KZbinrs start a Patreon account and thats cool but to me your taking hard earned money from people without giving back other than making videos which they already do. I'd like to make up a merch line but can't commit the finances in "hope"of good return. Current finances need to go back into project builds and saving up to make donations to non profits that I like to help out. Maybe one day my subscriber/view count will put me in a place to be able to achieve the goal of full time self sufficiency but until then I'm just a dude with a camera trying to help keep people motivated on projects. Thanks for taking time to comment and for being a part of the channel.

All these videos of people building these showers and hardly any of them show them being used. I wanna see them get filled, emtpied, the water pressure, how long of a shower does a 5 gal tank create?
@nextweeksadventure

I did make a follow-up video on this. Talked about pressure and length of shower. 2 people could easily use the 5gal of water. Just don't leave it running the entire time. kzbin.info/www/bejne/rYGnlquCiLppmdEsi=k3wl36Yg_5xeXFqO

Are the flat end caps you used "test caps" that are supposed to be for non-pressure applications?
@nextweeksadventure
@nextweeksadventure 3 ай бұрын
I used schedule 40 which is thicker. I only put about 20-30psi in the system so it "should" be and has been fine. I mean we used to make potato cannons out of this pipe. Big box stores dont sell pressure rated pipe in this size its all non rated drainage pipe. If someone made a video showing a homemade setup its probably not made of pressure rated material and it still works fine. No need to put 100psi in this and that psi could definitely pose a problem.

Thanks! I appreciate your response. I've been trying to understand whether those flat end caps are fine to use or if need to use the more rounded end caps.

I'm just curious as to how well the solar panels work with all that stuff over the top?

Nice design, if anyone is wondering why it leaked ( video 2) my guess is because you didn't use pvc pipe cleaner before you put the glue on. It seems trivial but is actually important for the glue to work properly.
