The flower is a Gazania. Also called African daisies. THey love full sun, greatly drought resistant and generous of bloom. come in bright orange and yellow variations. Love them in a native garden like yours. Great tour of your beautiful natural garden. Thanks.

Home Depot gets a lot of flack for getting cactus and succulents from.(not saying you said anything like that) but I’ve gotten some of my best specimens and rarest from there. At least the HD here around Southern California has been good to me. Spiral Aloes, aloe Hercules, Melocactus, euphorbias etc. some really good looking plants.

Oh totally agree! Home Depot has some great stuff down here from time to time, my most of my trichos come from Home Depot cause it’s always such a good deal! I also get a lot of rocks and landscape stuff from Home Depot it’s always a bit cheaper than the nurseries for some reason!! You sound like you have a nice collection as well :)
