I think it's wonderful that your mom is 65 years old and she is still working. Working will keep her healthy and strong. I am 67 years old but had to stop working because of spinal stenosis. I should be using a wheelchair but I refuse I still do all my own house work, cooking, laundry and shopping. Some days it's a struggle but I swear it is what keeps me going. The best remedy in life is hard work.

That's crazy that you mentioned that.. it happened a couple weeks ago and then it took me a couple weeks to find a routine and then it happened again when my routine was disrupted. And it's usually every other night too. One night i'm tired the next night I'm not tired enough. I think exercise would help on the days that we aren't tired.

Melatonin is natural you can get over the counter to help you sleep, it’s not habit forming. I have insomnia since my car accident I take Ambien to help me sleep. Chloe your are 100 percent right on the rudeness of a employer telling you to keep smiling....here's why....firstly....it is professional to have a polite meeting and see if there is something bothering your employee ....to discover if there is anything that the employer could do also to see if the employee is ok.....now I've been told that in the Bible it says....before you look at a speck in someone's eyes you should look at your own piece of wood in your eyes ....it is something like that....I don't have exact words .....but Chloe you are so right .

I love the red of your dress. I can't handle sleeves past mid elbow and dresses past mid knee in summer. I haven't worn a dress in winter for too long. Lily, I say a scripture religiously every night The Lord gave me thus scrappy cos I was finding it difficult to go off to sleep. I will lay down and sleep in peace for u, oh Lord, make me dwell in safety psalm 4:8 When I do this, I sleep well. There are other scriptures to pray before sleep, too. Look some up

Lilly, thank you for 'hosting us' as often as you can on your channel, which is part of your main stream of income, as the work & effort you put into it, speaks for itself. It's a treat at the end of the day to be able to 'join you' and your loved ones whether in Koh Samui or on a business trip with your mum, sister and her adorable toddler. Then to source for fabrics and ideas for new designs and styles. It can be pretty exhausting except for the fact that you have 'family with you', and that is far better than being on your own. Incidentally, your morning moments with the Lord at the beach, are both inspiring & encouraging that I find myself Seeking Him (The Lord Yeshua-Jesus), even more!
