Woo Hoo on the AC unit, that has to be a huge relief, in so many ways. It's always good to have the unit elevated in case of any flooding. Taking the extra steps to elevate in your yard, with all the flooding you had when you 1st got there, good peace of mind. NOTE - just an observation and concern - he should not be on the roof with flip flops, it wouldn't take much to catch on a shingle and have a terrible fall. At least some sneakers of some sort so they're solid on the foot. See you next week!

Oh yea~ having the AC is so amazing! And heat! No kidding about having it elevated! You know~ when I was editing the video, I was thinking sheesh he really likes to wear those slippers all the time! Think it’s because they are easy to slip on and off I suppose. Great observation! And thanks for the concern ☺️ see you next week too!
