I’m a 62 yr old grandma whose husband passed away and now I’m alone but yet living in a house with 8 other people ( which I know isn’t alone and is a extremely busy home) I would love to get away by myself. I have no car and limited disability income. I live with my daughter her husband and their 6 kids. There never is alone time for me. The youngest 2 are 11 & 9, the older ones are 19, 20 & twins 22. With the Electric bike I’d be able to get around and the gorgeous camper you built to go with it. Even if I could only go to our local lake, it would be the greatest most relaxing time ever. Might even help rejuvenate me and return me to a better GMA who isn’t so depressed and cranky. If nothing else I love watching your videos and watching you make this bike camper was super exciting. You allowed a Grandma to dream. God bless you for your kindness in helping someone get a new bike and camper to have a wonderful journey and adventure. Best wishes to you and your family. ❤❤

It's easy to become addicted to these videos. But I have to remind myself that the videos are recorded over days and days and sometimes weeks or more just to build them. I don't have a garage to build one, but I'm thinking about renting a storage room and building one inside of it. Store all of the lumber and tools until I have everything I need and enjoy the experience of incorporating my own touches to the design of it. I think I want my build to be about 5 inches wider to design some incredible inside amenities as well. You only live once. It's on my bucket list!! Happy camping all.

Hi I'm a 59 year old man who battled Cancer the last year and now it's back. I would love to go on a adventure by myself for the peace and quiet time. And do some things with my grand daughter. Then I would turn the favor by giving it to someone else that would help them out. That would be awesome 👍. Great job by the way I can't work a full time job so they put me on disability. Thank you for showing us how you build it. I plan to do something similar someday and give it to homeless. I keep thinking what if there's a way to make it easy for where the feet go to point to the sky while driving and move it back when parked. That way the person has a choice to leave it pointing up and sitting inside with a fordable chair while eating or enjoying watching the rain. Then when it's time to sleep he can fold the chair and move the house down to sleep. If no body wants it, please give it to a homeless. Thanks again for sharing.

Hello, my name is Willem and I am 16 years old. Last year, I made one myself, and I went camping with it so many times. That was until I went on vacation and left the camper in the sun: i had painted it Black and the roof was made of plastic. Because of all the sun, the plastic burst and in one way or another, when I got home, the wood was totally rotten from the inside, because the roofing was broken. The total cost for my camper was a mere 50 dollars, so it wasn't very special, but I had a lot of fun with it. That's why I would like to get the camper, in order to go camping again

I can definitely see the reason for the E-bike to pull the camper, even after cutting down on the weight, the camper would still be on the heavy side to pedal with a regular bicycle, the top surface would be great to put a flexible solar panel on for a power source for whoever gets it so they can charge a phone and maybe a small light inside the camper or a power inverter so the battery on the bike can be charged during the day, I'd like to be entered for the possibility of winning, I'm staying with family right now and I don't have a job and I'm older so keeping up with kids these days in a factory or whatever is out of the question, I'm too slow ,

Absolutely love the weldless all wood "wheel forks". A big improvement would be to have walls on full outside rail, creating a wheel well that doubles as shelf, and improves aerodynamics, plus general more inside width/room. Floor cargo/human weight is still supported by inside "rail". You could have done a better job on sourcing/fabricating/attaching the connecting arm to your hitch, and possibly sourcing the hitch itself, as I understand it is a commercial product.

I'm in the UK so that probably disqualifies me but I don't have a license or car so the bike would definitely help with my commute to work that's otherwise on foot, the camper itself would be a massive help for me getting more into bushcraft and wild camping as it's difficult to get far enough from people where I live to not run the risk of drunk teens showing up or police to move you along for trespassing, a camper would offer security as well as make it easier to pack up and break camp than having to pitch a tarp or tent.

Unbelievable talent and heart you have. I hope God always blesses you, your family, and all your endeavors. I wish I had the talent and tools to build a bike trailer like this. I priced commercially built bike camping trailers and they are way to expensive for me to buy. Unfortunately, I had to retire earlier than I wanted to due to being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I was a commercial driver and even though I was still able to drive I was not allowed due to my diagnosis. My memory was terrible so I really couldn’t hold a job because of that. Now I spend my on winter time riding my bike. Sometimes I forget where I am but thank God for GPS. I would like to go on longer trips and camp along the way but it is difficult to find places to set up a tent and at 72 years old I don’t always have the energy. The Alzheimer’s has made my sleep schedule nutty. I sleep in spurts an hour here, an hour there so planning on sleeping in a campsite is not practical. I’m hoping that someday the price of bike trailers will become affordable but the price of anything bike related is sky high. I already spent my retirement money on buying a bike. For everyone’s sake I hope this gets better.

I have big fancy dreams of 6 to 8 inches higher with a third wheel at the front, a door that opens upward to be a mini awning as well as a door... with a trim over it so no leaking into the trailer. Windows, and a good sized solar panel with a solar generator and a diesel heater... pulled by a e trike... totally she sheded pretty on the inside. LOL I mean... if you are going to dream... dream big as heck right? My plan is too heavy, I know. I will back it off some.... then take the steps. Right now I have under $50 a month left after paying rent, utility nessisary bills in full. Now, ask me if I am going to let something like that stop me? (I am not looking for your bike combo. Please give it to someone who doesn't have a the luxury of a apartment and all the bills paid.) I have a plan to work on the funds.

All of this sounds amazing. Keep in mind that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. And believe me I completely understand how expensive things are these days, but I believe you can do it. Thanks for watching and God bless. See you in the next video. ❤️❤️

Awesome work again. You have such talent and I'm always impressed with the things you come up with. Do you by chance have plans for truck camper or towable campers? I'm still looking for something nice that I can build affordably.

Thank you I really really appreciate all the support. Unfortunately we do not have plans for a total camper. The only one we have plans for is the one we just posted.

RESPECTFULLY, YOU SHOULD MAKE THE CAMPERS FOR SALE IN ORDER TO PROVIDE INCOME AND MAKE CONTENT.... THEN YOU MAKE THE CAMPERS FOR THE HOMELESS WHENEVER YOU CAN. GIVEN THAT YOU ARE A "KIND HEART" WE TRUST THAT YOU WILL KNOW WHEN TO DO SO. SIMPLY PUT MAKING EVERYTHING TO GIVE FOR THOSE IN NEED IS NOT A "GOOD BUSINESS MODEL". YOU ARE VERY TALENTED IN YOUR BUILDS AND VERY ENTERTAINING TO WATCH.

Btw even only 1 or 2 for sale a year will help you offset the investment costs for the ones to give away. 😉

Very cool, bud. I'm going to be 57 in April and got into a crazy bad accident in 2004 in my Harley Davidson. I have just a tiny bit of want happened that I typed up years ago just to try to tell "The just of it" Aug 3rd 2004 I had a truck pull out in front of me, I was on my Fatboy (FLSTF Harley Davidson). I was going between 55-65 & left a 1 foot skid mark before impact. My FatBoy went under the truck. I bounced off the side. I was dead within 30 seconds (had a friend that watched it happen) died 3 more times. 3 times at the accident, sean & once on "Flight For Life." Compound Broke the left leg below the knee (steel from my knee to my foot). Clean broke the right leg about the knee (steel from my knee to my hip). broke all my ribs on the right side & collapsed my right lung. Ripped my jaw off & it clean broke in 4 places (most of my jaw is steel now). Oh ya, and I can't forget I broke my neck too. Severe Traumatic Brain Injury, so bad that the Court took custody away from me for 1 year (I was 36 years old). I was in a coma for a little over 2 weeks. was in the hospital for a little over a month. Then, in a nursing home for a little over a month. I don't remember even being in the hospital. My 1st memory was after being in the nursing home for almost a week. My 1st memory was my EX wife & my mother telling me I would never walk again. Of course, TommyBoy doesn't play like that, so I was in therapy for almost 2.5 years. I would in no way accept the whole not being able to walk. So it's been a long, difficult rode but I think I'm normal 😂 ppl always tell me "TommyBoy no your NOT." I always say this happened to me for a reason, Cuz TommyBoy's strong enough to do this. So, needless to say, life isn't always easy, but I get around pretty good these days. So ALL's good now👍🏻

Sorry, I didn't even realize the whole story didn't post. Anyway, I live in northeast Wisconsin and love to fish. That would be great for TommyBoy's HandiCapable butt🤭 love camping and ANYTHING outdoors 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

i am commenting on this because im a 17 yo high school student turning 18 in a couple days and it has been my dream for a few years now to commit to vanlife so i could just camp forever, once a year my family has a big camping trip on my dads side, where we rent a few sites next to each other and invite all our friends and family to come out, and its truly my favorite tradition, but i feel like as i get older the busier i am and busier everyone else gets im not gonna be able to go out with my family as much as i want to or should, but i think it would be a fun thing to leave to my little brothers when they get older so they’d have as much fun as i think i would, and as much of a chance there is to not win give aways i think this one is so worth commenting for
