Your catio is beautiful! I wish all indoor cats were blessed to have access to a catio. After having really bad luck w/our cats being indoor/outdoor, my husband built us a catio with two phases! They even have kitty doors (similar to a doggie door) where they can independently go in & out of the catios from 2 locations within our home. It has truly been a game changer to have a Catio! 😻🙌🏾❤ Sorry for your loss, rip Juneau. 🐾🌈

I'm so sorry you lost your precious Juneau 😔 I lost my Carmel on 7/31/23, my son 11/8/23, and my Mocha on 11/11/23. It was an incredibly sad year. I adopted my son's 2 cats on 12/11/23. I love your Catio and wish I could do that for my new kitties, but I bought a 3 tier cage for them for my apartment deck and am watching inspirational videos like yours in how to make it special for them.

Maybe, since you already have a super catio....it might be time to rescue another LUCKY kitty....You've inspired us to construct a catio for our two blind cats...especially since our 3rd blind cat will be here in 2 more weeks! Don't ever think that blind cats are difficult to raise....they are a total delight....they don't know they are 'handicapped'....they are amazing and so so so loving. Hope you have found a friend for Jake....

Awesome job on the catio. My 3 cats love theirs and it's maybe a 1/4 the size of yours. You went above and beyond and gave both your cats a great place to romp and relax. When you let a pet inside your heart...deep down you know it will end in heart break...so we savor the time we have and the memories we make. I'm sure its hard now, but one day you'll watch this video and smile and be greatfull you captured the moments you shared.

I'm sure Juneau lived a happy life with such loving parents. "The candle that burns twice as bright burns half as long~", I, too, had a cat that seemed to want to stick around, but when it's time to go... they just go. It's traumatic for us, but know they're now chasing and catching the little mice (or whatever they see) when they go from cuddly to spazzing out all of a sudden and chase something to the corner of a room and meow :)
