We assembled ours only to find out after the fact that the dog should be gotten accustomed to the ramp before putting it on an angle. Our dog won't go on it now, and I suppose we have to undo much of our work. This would have been good to see in the instructions, instead of by Googling after the fact, when he refused to use it.
