I love your company! Cannot say it enough. I have the beautiful, incredible stroller for my two mini doxies. They love it, strangers love it, and I love it. The quality is unsurpassed. I expect this new ramp is the same. I have a beautiful oak ramp for my babies, and that includes a twenty year old cat and a sixteen year old cat. It is lovely, but the material the company uses on the ramp itself is always some type of carpet. I have bought several ramps from this company over the years. The carpet must always be removed after the pets have had poopy accidents on it, or vomited, etc just one time too many. Then I have to figure out something to use as traction and frankly I always have trouble doing that well. So I see you have a solution in your ramp! Heavy duty rubber. I assume it is completely washable? One concern I have about your ramp: for tiny dogs, and for blind dogs, like my Pickle, the vertical “ rungs” that hold the bannister along the side in place....will they allow those dogs to slip through? Is it possible to space them a lot closer? The ramps I have bought previously have those placed horizontally and are of course much longer. My dogs have not yet fallen off the ramp, but, as you mentioned in your video, they HAVE fallen off the bed and indeed been injured. Thanks for your loving company and your products. You guys are just great and I recommend you to all who stop me to admire the stroller.

Thanks so much Val. We are thrilled that your dogs are loving their Dogger! That means the world to us. Thank you also for your comments about our new ramp. You are right most ramps use carpet or a material similar to sandpaper, both I find to be too slippery for senior dogs which is why I was so excited when I found this non-slip rubber flooring. As for the safety rail, both Ruby and Zoey, the two Yorkies in the video, are only 3 lbs and 4 lbs each so they could technically fit through the rail but it has never been an issue. The rail in many ways guides them down the ramp. I suppose if it was an issue one could easily attach a thin rope horizontally from one end of the rail to the other but so far it has not been needed. I really need one. My dog just fell of my tall bed and almost broke her leg. She is just 2 months old but she is a yorkie and very tiny. I hope to buy one soon...

I like your dog ramp very much it's amazing I am planning on making one myself for my 12-year-old chiweenie. I would like to know where you purchase the rubber so he will not slip and slide off. I'm a first time customer and purchased the large ramp. It's unfortunate that I have not received it. They keep having delays and I've ordered it since February. If they tell me the same thing again I will ask for a refund.
