Full power rack setup, and gymnastics rings. Can do basically everything stength based you could possibly want with those two things.

@Bex Windex yup, hang them on the rack, and you can do basically any bodyweight exercise you want. While being able to keep the lower back, mid delts and legs strong with barbell work.

I built a home gym after Covid it's the best decision I ever made Its almost done I was able to find most of what I wanted from a texas power bar to a belt squat I am buying a new home this spring and looking for a two car garage to increase the size of my gym

All you NEED is a squat rack, Olympic barbell, and (2) 45 lbs weight plates. Everything else is secondary.

my home gym consists of: gym mat, 2 dumbell weights and a kettleball. You don’t need anything else💯

I don’t wanna be that guy but 130KG when you weigh 100 is only 1.3x bodyweight... it’s really not impressive to anyone who lifts
