This man helped me get my CCNA ten years ago. His CBT nuggets for the CCNA were the best and still are. Forever changed my career. Inspired me to go onto get a CCIE and a JNCIE. Working on PCNSE now. Love the comments about the Juniper switch at the end. Thanks Jeremy.

Cuts right to the heart of the issue - why are you going into networking as a career in the first place? Appreciate the talk, Jeremy!

Using a Asus VivoPC myself, this video cracked a smile on my face :) I have Ubuntu 16.04 running on it, thew on a extra 500GB hdd totaling 1TB disk space, swapped out the 1x4GB ram stick with 2x8GB, and changed the wifi card from AzureWave to Atheros because of driver issues. Even without the changes it was a great miniPC for the price! Mount that box on the back of your monitor and you basically have your ghetto iMac. I want to take the RHCSA && RHCE certificates but I haven't come further than buying the books. Building a home lab would be a invaluable experience, but for now it's sadly out of my budget.

Thank you so much. I just got more motivated to buy CCNA lab. Working towards CCNA R&S for the 200-125 exam.

Help! If I took ICND1 (version 2) and want to take the ICND2 (version 3) is that okay and I will still qualify for CCNA? Will I be at any large disadvantage by having not taken the later ICND1 version? At the company I work for, we just don't use OSPF and it is a relief it was dropped....I'd rather spend time on getting down more up to date technolgies. Thoughts??

the cake was a lie... On VoIP.. i got it all setup until I found out I need to SIF server. Public WIFI is nice until u realized some people complain about throttling and no one wants to contribute to upkeep of them.

You're definitely out of touch. Most companies want you to be certified before they hire you.
