Hey. My house is open plan and I have actually never counted the rooms, I noticed people here don't do that. But it's a mid-sized family home. As for the grant, it's free so you don't pay interest on it. You don't need to repay it back🙂

Nice one. Please which is the best job to migrate to Australia with IELTS band score of 6. Am a caregiver and a teacher but teacher's band score is very high

If you're outside Australia it's much easier to get a caregiving job than a teaching job. But apart from IELTS, you would need to get a skills assessment, I think for caregivers the assessment body is ACWA. If you have your IELTS and a positive skills assessment, next thing is to look for an employer willing to sponsor, a good platform to use is SEEK. Getting PR as a teacher from outside Australia is also possible, but you need to get a higher band on IELTS, and you would also need to get a skills assessment as well.
