Watching you build through the Hutt Valley is making me nostalgic 😊 ... Being 3 bedroom I would of: 1. Made the toilet separate ... 2. Had 2 toilets ... Otherwise, it's a lovely home. Good area too, close to everything 😊

With a house that small it’s not practical. You would be making the bedrooms smaller.

Why dont Kiwis build basements? Like....seriously....our space is the same, extremely expensive, just add another level with a solid foundation.
