Jonathan and his company are the best to work with!!! I bought my 16 x 50’ caterpillar tunnel and I absolutely love it! I bought it when Covid was a thing. There were a few challenges with getting certain pieces and getting it here in a timely fashion however, they went above and beyond as a company. Justin don't forget you also need to buy wood and chicken wire to enclose the inside like your old high tunnel to kept your chickens and pigs In the winter time or just the chickens. I think that added to the high tunnel.. since your tunnel is so long you should put a few rows going from side to side near one end actually just a couple metal raised beds. (Like sow the land but only a few not whole tunnel) It won't interfere with entrance other corner opposite you could put small table work area and a ???. Just ideas of course. I loved watching this all go up. Gotta say, not to be negative, but we received 2-1,000 year floods inside of 3 years where I live. It was unusual, but it’s not unheard of. Justin and Family: PLEASE BE ADVISED - Soil samples taken from Western Carolina around rivers where there was run-off had 1000 - 10000 times the amount of heavy metals present. I saw you regrading and just dredging from the creek area. Please take soil samples around your river greenhouse where your rebuilding. SOIL MAY HAVE HEAVY METALS AND CONTAMINATION

you should plant 5-10 trees in a spot and fence it off - and keep clearing plus get compost and over compensate for the flood - totally acceptable. good workers on this one - professional install

I bet that first pole hit a boulder. Just bc it’s 18 degrees doesn’t mean the frost is that far fine in the ground. I’m from upstate NY and it takes several overnights well below freezing to get frost that far down. Looks great. Congrats.

You should do something with that river build up the banks make it deeper wider because I live on a river river in New Jersey and every 10 years we get that hundred year flood you probably got the thousand year flood

Would it be an advantage to have your tunnel over a sunken area so that the temp doesn't fluctuate as much? It could still have a ramp for your skid-steer. It would also be more wind resistant.
