In my new vanilla Cities: Skylines series "Vanilla City Design" I build a huge city without mods and give you design ideas and tips for your own city!

What I do is I remove the generic university building one around the city and make sure that the campus is accessible to all public transport.

Also there is a policy that makes cims prefer education more. That one helps a lot

Dude, that's as awesome as always! But you know, you have so many buses driving to the University, so I think it'd be perfect to replace simple avenue you've got with the Av with the bus lines. It'll be still look green and cozy, but you'll mark the priority of buses on that road. Hope to see more of this series :)

Now it needs a bumpin' bar/restaurant district nearby for the college kids to hit up on Thirsty Thursdays. Pretty much every major college town in the USA has one. And don't forget the 'student ghetto", as in the neighborhood of single-family rentals largely taken up by students who are are sick of living the dorms.

Very beautiful campus... I like it a lot. One question about the campus dlc and different types of universities. I have about 10000 people who are eligible for the university. My campus is five star rated with a capacity of about 8000-9000 students with a high attractiveness. But I only get 1800-3000 students. Most of my jobs need high or good educated people. Is there a relationship between the city itself and the campus?
