I frequent Jason's store quite often. He's a great guy. His store is the best game store in STL by far and is a great place to find some real gems. I've padded my collection quite a bit buying from him. First time I've ever seen his personal collection. Extemely impressive! Thanks Racketboy for doing these videos and givng a great store for gamers a much deserved spotlight. I really like what you guys do with your website too. It's one of my favorite sites and is a regular stop for me.

This is one of the few collections that rivals John Hancocks collection. Almost into my first year of collecting, and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner. Retro nintendo games are so unbelievably expensive these days. I do find the search for them the fun part though, and understand your concept of "speed collecting" because that what I tried to do at first, only to find out that I had thousands invested and only a few games to show for it. Again, awesome room!

Am amazed by how many system games this guy has and how fanatic people can be about collecting them. That rooms is like a mini store withing his home. Nicest guy you would want to meet. Great guy who loves to answer questions and does what he loves. As far as decay and demagnetation, that will be long after he is gone. I have lots of commodore 64 games on 5 1/2 disk that still play great after 30ish years and those disks are a lot more flimsy than what is in his collection.

I collect hard core for the Colecovision and there is so many high value Colecovision games that I didn't see in your safe. I would love to see the full collection of the Colecovision. I wouldn't mind visiting it if it was open to the public, well set up and either rotated a selection of games frequently or allowed for "custom passes" where you could check some rare games out yourself.

Didn't hear him mention that Stadium Events was in his safe. Assuming it is since he said at the beginning he has a full NES collection complete in box.

Some people don't count Stadium Events or Nintendo World Championships when they say complete collection. Though in my opinion, that's technically incorrect, the games are just waaaay out of everyones' league when it comes to pricing, so I can understand it.

I started collecting them recently. Whenever I find them at garage sales I get 'em. I just try to get the fun games, I really don't care if I have all of them although I would like to some day have all the systems. Sports games go right to ebay. :)

i used to have quite a large video game collection (nothing on this , but large for a student collection) but i soon realised there ends up being way to many games that i just did not play or enjoy , i would own them simply for the sake if having them in my collection and would never play them. i sold most of my collection and now only have a small bundle of maybe a few hundred games that i actually enjoy and play.-however seeing this is making me question my past decision D:
