My dad operated a td8 on a logging job. He passed away when I was 10. Now I operate a D9R dozers at a rock quarry. That thing is a power trip

Been browsing your videos, great content! I have a Td7E, been checking out your videos for comparison, machines look very similar. You wouldn’t happen to have a video of cleaning the suction screen on the hydraulic system would you? I have looked, but no luck. Keep up the great videos, awesome work! Love seeing the pup around the shop too!

Thanks for watching, I don’t remember showing it on a video. Are you talking about transmission? Or hydraulic? Td7 and 8 are very similar and share some parts. If you’d like email me cunningham2442@gmail.com

Frankie… you’re gonna have to figure out some kind of new bling for your backhoe… lest she gets jealous because the dozer is getting all the attention! Gabby becomes a clinger every time thunder sounds. I have to pick her off my leg like a cocklebur in a wool sock.

Nice work Frank, I would probably want to run the bolts back in to the holes if you remove the pole, keep the good OK clay from cementing up the holes. Dying to know, which receiver did you order? I didn't even know you could blue tooth one to your phone, unless you went top dollar with Topcon.
@Digginok Жыл бұрын
Thanks, it is the newest one topcon came out with this year. I figured it would handle anything I had for it and then some. It’s an LS-b200w. I just got it today, I’ll have to learn a lot about it before I video it. So far I think it’s worth the money.

@@Digginok Thanks Frank, I just checked it out. Damn, they sure are proud of it with that price. Or, buy once, cry once. I'll let you wring that out in testing before I throw my CR700 in the misfit toys bin. Really looking forward to your thoughts on it. Are you thinking about running it on the B in case you don't get a grade man, or are digging a septic by yourself? I actually looked at putting the iDig on my SN 580 WT, but I really can't justify the upgrade from the CR700 right now. Maybe the LS-b200w is the sweet spot in the middle.
@Digginok Жыл бұрын
@@waynevincent5448 your cr700 is probably handier for the backhoe stick, unless you get the mounting set up for the big topcon. I hope to set it up on the hoe someday, but I think it will work well on the box blade I have too. I probably spent too much, but it’s a piece in the right direction for grade control.

I bought an old JD 450 off of my buddy to build my house foundation back in the day. It was a decent machine but it was a money pit for a while...

35 minute video to show you cutting off one plate. Wow. That's a lot of talking with little action.

Sorry you are disappointed, maybe I need to make a condensed version after I get it all working right.
