My claim has been dismissed in court despite serious concerns about our health and safety. The law in Ireland is not 100% proof and is certainly not always just. Bureaucratic incompetence covered up by corruption is still always winning from honest hard work and falling victim of this is a very hard pill to swallow. 😥

Outstanding advice. Basically he is saying that if you have to make something up or stretch the truth then forget about it. Also a law must have been broken as a starting point, then work backwards.. i ain’t even a friggin lawyer

what if a name was on a roster and in print suspended was beside employees name and confidential was in print . also in employers handbook it states any disipliary process shall be on need to know basis . could you shed some light please

My neighbours are refusing to cooperate over an error on the title deeds leaving us unable to sell our house. It requires a simple "swap" of two areas. We are having to wait until the case is eventually dealt with by Land Registry because our neighbours are refusing to cooperate. We have even offered to pay for another survey by a surveyor of their choice to establish the accuracy of the title deed line but we never received a reply from their solicitor. I have plenty of evidence to prove that they are nothing but vindictive and ultimately it will be proved that their claim that our surveyor is an idiot and our solicitor doesn't know what they are doing is incorrect, just a couple of the excuses they use not to play ball. Are they breaking any law? Will we have a case if Land Registry come to the same conclusion as us and everything our neighbours have claimed is nothing but nonsense designed to punish us because they hate us?

Impossible to advise on this without seeing maps and having possession of all the facts. Your own solicitor is best placed to advise.

I have resently be scammed online. I purchased a item from a Third party. The seller won't give me my money back to I'm thinking about taking him to count. I know they never send the phone and they are claiming that I received it and I didnt

Terry Gorry Solicitor well that’s what I thought too but Paypal is giving me some hassle. He is so mean, to cover himself He sent something in the post so the tracking would show as delivered (it wasn’t the phone) But he sent it to some random Area in Oranmore 60 miles away from me!!

Piab don't pay wages or special damages, they make assessments of cases

@@terrygorry my solicitor has told me from day one aslong as I am getting my sick certs I'll receive my weeks wage in one go untill the doctor says otherwise, now I've been offered 40k Com from p.i.a.b and my solicitor say I'm entitled too no loss of wage cause I handed in my notice but I was told to hand in my notice because it would make my case stronger not sure what to do at this stage thanks for any help or advice you can give.

If your in a whole, step away from the shovel 😂😂, what about if you work with clients who are being discriminated against, surely you have to keep digging 🤔

Louise, if you have a client who claims he/she has been discriminated against and the facts support that assertion, then by all means pursue the case vigorously. But if the facts don't support the claim then searching around for some other claim merely to get one over on the employer where no facts exist to support a claim is what I am referring to in the video. I don't believe you should waste your time or energy in a vendetta, in other words, if there is not a legitimate claim. Thanks for comment.

the law is man-made, and a lot of it revolves around money and creating jobs in the legal profession! not much of law is actually built upon morals; what is right and wrong! What's even more disturbing is that any society that uses law essentially is sending out a message that people just don't get on with one another to the extent that anybody can take advantage of you! The people in england are so unhappy!
