I recently acquired a huge box of used Lego pieces on Facebook marketplace for VERY cheap. They even gave me a huge stack of manuals, mostly Lego City sets. I’ve spent hours sorting and cleaning the pieces while watching your videos to help get me going with my own MOCs. Enjoying your content very much.

The ladder right outside the window? Then you could have done without the window. I would have put the ladder on the other side, next to the window or waived the window at this point. That would have made more sense. The height of the second floor also does not quite fit. The windows on the second floor should sit one row of bricks higher, because as they are now, they hang in the back of the minifigure's knees. I really like the roof design, though. Otherwise, however, this is a really nice little house.
