Hi, thanks for the tutorial, do you think this technique would work for like a shop front?

Custom modulars can be so expensive because of all the unique pieces needed.

I made my sigfig, and I was actually surprised when LEGO made a face that looked exactly like mine's IRL, medium nougat and glasses with a smile

I only use the pens because you need everything to be to the closest millimeter which means you want the sidewalk as close as possible so the pins give me that wall to wall connection like with the jazz Club put it next to my custom modular condo Bakery laundromat place two corners recently one is when is a corner that's just a flower box that connects to any module that's not going to make it a corner I built a corner Church Stand Out compared to all the rest of my modulars as it's got an ankle sloped roof pretty nice I love modulars so all of my customers are really detailed from my burger joint what's in my townhouse to my church they're all really detailed to give me that flow😊

I'm so sad that this channel is inactive, such valuable and high quality content! Ironically I think there's a lack of people who go small in the LEGO world, which makes the hobby seem daunting and impossible to get into for many. This, though? Not even particularly expensive if you have the opportunity to utilise a pick-a-brick wall and take some time. And it's still something that looks great and allows you to explore fun building techniques.

From a real life practical point of view, a Vets and an Apartment above a gas station isn't ideal.

Take the top two floors off, make a single storey garage and then built a small restaurant as the ground floor using the same style brickwork as the top two floors with an outside seating area. Two modulars then for a modest additional cost.,

You should do your own custom traffic lights using LEGO light and sound you may need a lot of boxes but 1 powers a lot more than one light ! Just a thought I don’t think LEGO use light much these days not enough the sound effect mostly left much to be desired

I wish I still had my huge container of Lego, but my mum threw it away because I didn’t play with it for a long time, but I’m slowly getting back into Lego all because of a KZbin channel named 60 Second Lego, he has a series (right now part 2 of the finale is in development right now) called Lego Lore, a violent, gory, action filled stop motion affair, starring Lego Shadow the Hedgehog, along side with Homer as Wolverine, Din Jarrin, Omni-Man, Patrick, he’s dead, a skeleton, also dead, a Lego army guy, got his heart ripped out by Nolan, some Star Wars characters, some are dead and more, it’s all because I wanna make my own Lego World, with some violence, weird looking characters, different looking interiors and more

I Don't Have Enough Pieces For This, But I Do Have 2 Bathrooms That I Created In My Lego City, One Is For The Hotel And The Other One Is A Public One And I Also Have 2 More That I Finished Working On Which I Plan To Use In The Future. I 100% Agree With You're Statement Btw!

From US as of 08/22/2024, the cost of large box (cardboard, 8x4x2 inch) is $17.99 and small is 8.99. PBW is way cheaper in US as well.

Oh my GOD, JC I hope you are still reading ur comments. I have been so motivated, inspired, entertained, and learned so much from your channel! I have watched many many videos several times trying to get an understanding of SNOT techniques. I “understand “ the math but some of us need to see examples as well! Thank you so very much! 🎉🎉
