I have rarely commented, but I thought I would do so now. I am struck by the many, many positive comments regarding a father and son working/being able to work together, and I thank you for that. I also thank all those who gave positive comments about me. Cabin building and being in the bush that I grew up around is something that Outsider and I both enjoy doing, as well as being able to work with my son. It does create a lot of good memories. Family is important to us my wife and I) as well as having a good relationship with all my offspring and their spouses. Thanks again your great comments and advice!

I know a lot of people put the family unit on a pedestal but it is not that common for families to like each other that much. I watch you guys work together and it is refreshing to see plus I like to live vicariously through youtube creators I'm subscribed to. My dad and I did not work together much besides a few instances and there was certainly a missing element from our relationship. It all stemmed from my parents having an unhealthy co-dependent abusive relationship.

Senior Outsider Thats Awesome! I so enjoy watching U 2 work together & cannot wait till the next video ea time ! I lost one son in 2016 in a car crash he was 31 yrs old. I have another Son 34 yrs old that i never see or hear from very much at all. The one son that did want anything to do with me & wanted to do things with me died in the car crash. He went on home to be with his heavenly father & I suppose God needed him more than i did. Although i so wish the experiences You 2 spend together was myself & My Son that's still living. Although I am very envious of you guys in a good way. I catch myself watching U father & Son & it just warms my heart. You guys embrace every single day you have with one another & cherish it & Thank God above every single Day that he gives you 2 one more day together!!! Thank him every day for each & every day he gives y'all together. Because im living proof we are not promised tomorrow with our sons or loved ones. But in your defense i say that the 2 of you really embrace & cherish your times together. Thats why i love to watch your channel & see the love i once had between a father & son. This in itself what y'all share cannot have a monetary value attached to it. Because what i see you 2 share together on here is PRICELESS! I PRAY GOD CONTINUES TO GIVE YOU MANY MORE YEARS TOGETHER MAKING MEMORIES!!!!!!! 🙏 MAY GOD BLESS YOU BOTH! CC RIDER

I thoroughly enjoy watching these videos and wonder if in a future life I could maybe enjoy such and experience :)

I only found your series a few days ago. Started with 11 so went back to find 1, worked my way through again to 11 and am now looking at all the extras. You are giving a lot of pleasure to an 80 year old woman in UK who would have loved to be out there with you when she was young and fit. Get some toe protecting boots and glasses to go with the helmets. Love the sled. Take Care.

This video was shared almost a year ago and somehow I missed it... But oh well, I am watching now... But, as I watched from the warmth and comfort of my Southern Arizona home, it really got me to thinking. You brought some content in this edition that really spans the time. Over 100 years ago a blacksmith, by hand, forged a tool that on this day worked with the log turner thingy you used that was probably machine made in the past few years, to help build a cabin you and you father are making from logs that should span another 100 years... Think about it... Blows me away.

Growing up a farm boy I learned quite a bit from my dad. One lesson was operating a tractor in tight quarters. He taught me the utilization of the dual brake system and limited slip differential that can allow you to make an almost 90 degree turn in either direction from a stopped position by braking one of the rear tires and using the rear tires to steer either left or right. This also requires increased attention to your surroundings especially when using something like the boom hitch you are employing. I would like to see you demonstrate this at some point to show those that don't understand how this works.
@senioroutsider29756 жыл бұрын
Micheal, from a fellow farmboy, yes those 2 features are invaluable. Between you and I the dual braking system can also be used improperly by a teenaged boy... you don't want to know how!
