Great job Steve!! I hope you have a patent on it. This is a great idea and I could see this being really useful for restaurants. You can start with a certain size and buy additional sections as you capacity needs increase. Also shipping a full size smoker somewhere. It’s gonna be a lot easier shipping smaller crates than a giant 1000 gallon tank. Keep it up brother. I can’t wait to see how it cooks.

great welding job i know it was a ton work by your self how's the old back holding out here's a tip for the seams in stead of using flour mix go to the good old hardware store and pick up some furnace/wood stove cement in a container its like 5 lbs that will work great and if you need to remove it you can just break off. now that you made a monster smoker don't forget you have to feed it $Rich Mann$

How many cutting disks you use. I made a 80 gallon out of a compressor tank and it was only 3/16 thick and i used about 10. Id say 40 for sure. A lot of work

Yep just regular dough. It works really well. Yes it's so I can move it around in sections for my small backyard. I'll add wheels to it.

I just found a source of these tanks. They got 12 tanks at $150 each. So I'm gonna get 4 3 for the smoker part 1 for the firebox and make it my winter project this coming winter. Also I think I want to put in a trailer.
