Dear Ian, the next time you use the concrete mixer, try to put a quarter of a bucket of water first, in order not to cause the mortar to stick to the concrete mixer and to prevent cement dust. Nice team!

I normally have some water, I wash the previous out and leave the water in - but this first bag "Julie" forgot to put the water in 🤪

I have that straw hat! Terminating the conduit into the manhole so you can fine tune the depth of the connecting connections later was very smart. Keep up the good work.

Looking great Ian and Julie,youre ducks in the manhole for the electric cable, just looking at the high compared to the future building it looks high unless you are putting the house on a higher level ,or is it going on blocks and beams made with concrete

Your right, the Garage is about 1.5metres higher than the house location. We will have some steps and a ramp down to a flat area for the house as I am trying to keep that as low as possible.

Hi Ian & Julie, great job where do you get your stamina from ? I was a little worried when you were using the chemical fixing as in my experience I would not pre-fill too far ahead as it re 27:56 ally goes off quickly, but you seem to have got away with it, well done. Looking forward to more episodes.

hahaha, yes I have learnt the hard way in the past. I know I have around 6 mins before it is unusable plus Julie got about a 100 mixer ends from the builders merchants for free so I do swap them out more regularly than normal.
