That's not taken long anyway, it will help that it's pre-made. Our neighbour is rebuilding an old house and he's not even half way through and it's been 2 and a half years. The new kitchen isn't even yet. He is a useless sod to be bluntly honest. Great video Dan keep up the good work.

Why the big gaps in the osb floor? Just to space them out or for getting services in?

I cant remember the exact reason now, might have been something to do with slight movement and squeaking of floorboards. The floorboards are at right angles to the slots, and glued and screwed down.

No, but it was their approved builders.

Hey Dan, impressive stuff. I've been looking at the Tyne from Scottframe myself. Just wondered, did you source the installers from scottframe or better still, who were they?

They were reccomend by Scotframe, Beechrow homes I think they were called, based in Glasgow but travel all over the UK.

@@karenevans5257 I am more worried about connections with these pre made timber walls, as their connection is an inch long of wood and some glue. No passive connection at all.

@@muhammedkeser7064 it's D4 glue which expands into a foam barrier plenty goes on the studs when connecting the panels

No hard hats, some not wearing gloves, hanging over scaffold, accidents waiting to happen, not a good advertisement for Scotframe
