Rocky Ridge Kennel & Loft so far so good thanks for asking! I have a team of 7 and my plan is to get them to 30mi toss this week. Hopefully I can get them to do 100mi next month. How are your young birds doing?

@@gpsloft5868 I would have to say I wish they would fly longer! I have only got them up for 20 min. twice a day and I have to keep flagging to keep them in the air. I think they will come around sooner or later. Wait till you see my next video!! I got my first shipment of racers a few days ago 😀

In the old days it was junk but these days it’s not bad. With a good quality house paint it will last. It took me many years to start using it because what you said was true. You still have to keep up with the maintenance. Thanks Arcee 🙏

Hi Mike, I love this loft and going to copy it. I know the fly pen is 8 feet long, but how deep and how tall is the fly pen? One more question is how tall is the Sputnik trap? Thank you!!

I’m about to make a new small loft, have never used a Sputnik style trap. My question is can pigeons ever fly out of these style traps? Hopefully your able to get back to me. Thanks 🙏🏻

I don't have a lot of experience with this style but I have heard that a clever bird can work its way back out! If you can close or cover the entrance after they enter then it should be fine. I still think it's the best style trap but if you are worried about it a lot then just go with the bob wire style which I use also and no one escapes. Best of luck Josh.
