Building a Sustainable Workforce

The space industry is poised for tremendous growth as new capabilities like satellite servicing and refueling advance and new government missions like Artemis take flight. Sustaining this growing industry requires a strong and vibrant workforce and calls for recruiting and retaining not just engineers and computer scientists but also non-STEM professionals like medical professionals, lawyers, and welders. This session will focus on what STEM and non-STEM capabilities are needed to sustain the industry and what it takes to ensure the space industry recruits and retains the best talent.
