Leave the Church as is. Keep your synodal Church ideas to yourself. We need a holy Pope and not Pope Francis. No women priests , deacons unless you want to empty the pews of the Catholic Church. Lutherans, Episcopalians, and the Anglican church are finished . Empty pews is your goals.
