Grind the mill scale (black coating on the steel) off the flat stock before welding. It will weld better/easier

Take out the rad before you weld next time!! You burst/melted part of the radiator tubing. I’m an AC tech in school and the AC in your car is made of aluminum. You can only use Acetylene gas w/ Oxygen and an Aluminum brazing rod. Or you can use propane lol. But anywho love the videos man. Would love to see you mention some comments in your future videos, Again :D

If she's a track setup you'll save yourself alot of headaches down the road deleting AC, ABS, and emissions an such if possible. It'll give you a ton more room for engine swaps and bigger rads!

Don’t worry about the refrigerant thing, r134a is legal to vent, it’s not an HCFC, it doesn’t actually hurt the ozone or anything

AC refrigerants are super toxic and extremely bad for the environment, they're considered a controlled substance so it's mega not OK to intentionally vent them. that's why they had to stress that it was an accident and to not breathe it

Looks great. If I was building a tube front end from scratch I would’ve ordered some Mishimoto universal rad and intercooler and just built the front end to hold the better 2 of them from the start. But I know you’ll kill it 💪🏼

If you put the S10 back in the same place but flip it around so the cab is facing the bathroom then you may not even need to move it to bend tubes unless they're extremely long.

AC refrigerant is normally freon which is a fluorocarbon. Very similar to the CFC's that used to be used in hairsprays and other propellant products. (Now banned in most place) Super damaging to the ozone layer and not very great to inhale. In this case it looks like Robbie broke an AC line and all of the freon gas got purged out of the system.
