Nice work, man - this video really should have more views as you did a good job there. I'll link to it now on the community tab on my channel. I can't believe I haven't stumbled across your channel before now considering I've got a nation of old pond videos on my channel but this video came up in 'recommended' when I was watching something else. It will be great to alert my subscribers to this great channel as I gave up installing ponds 10+ years ago.

I particularly like your videos because they are water features that use rocks that can be carried by hand and the project can be done by one person, which is what a DIYer wants! This one came out so impressive that it doesn't even appear that the rocks are small enough to be carried. Granted carrying really heavy rocks can be dangerous, there was one particularly large rock that took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to put in my water feature all by myself. This is also possibly my favorite water feature I've seen.

As always, such a helpful video.! I like the idea of protecting the liner from the rocks with the use of the underlayment. Couple of questions: Does the underlayment hold up over time with direct exposure to the water and/or can the underlayment develop mold or odors?

No good, sandstone that is not weathered might break up even without stilling in or have flowing water around them. Sandstone will turn back to sand, unless it’s weathered

Depends on a number of things, what effect the prices of building water features is down to the installer. How much is art? Think of the cost of a pencil and paper and the person drawing (some might say priceless from a loved one, some might not even hang it on the wall).

Another great video, this time I learned that you can bring the waterfall to the end of the basin, and that you can cut your underlayment into smaller pieces underneath each rock individually. I love the bottom piece of the falls where the water runs off those three rocks diagonally. Are those all at the same height?
