Great ramp and I love that you share the gospel with the people you help. We bought our house 3 years ago. it has a ramp and my husband is disabled, currently using a walker, but his condition is getting worst. He's needs to have both hips replaced and both knees replaced. Our ramp is in bad condition and after watching your video, I realize it does not meet ADA code. I wish there was someone nearby that could build a ramp for us. Keep up the good work.

First off, Thank you for serving the Lord by helping others that need your help. The extra widths, supports and design features for these people will be much appreciated. Looks like great materials and workmanship was not spared. I hope there are others that will benefit from your knowledge and faith in the future. Very rewarding knowing you are doing the right thing at the right time. God bless you and your fellow workers.

Love your heart for the Gospel. We've built over 70 ramps and have 2 right now to build.

Really stable and attractive. You've made the connecting supports and bolts easily viewed to be monitored over time. Easy to see how things are holding up. Some dollar store solar lights would be a nice addition. Good work, explained it well. Everyone should remember-these modifications are tax deductible for medical expenses for income taxes. Build safe, build right.

Great looking ramp! Thank you for sharing some of the ADA requirements and why it is built to the specs that you use. I learned something today about the importance of being able to get a stretcher on it. Hadn't even thought about that. Thank you for the important ministry you do.

This is a great ramp and I do like the sturdiness of the base structure. Like the others I appreciate all the dimension info. Showing more of the actual structure would be nice. We like yourself, are doing similar projects as mission work and the possible opportunity to share the love of Christ. Keep up the great work.

ADA code only requires a 5'x5' deck for a turn, but you have to make sure your posts are on the outside of the deck. We make a ramp 40" wide, as you can cut a 10' (120") board into 3 40" boards and these things are expensive, so saving a few dollars is a big deal. Architectural load bearing table allows for a 8 foot section with 2x6's spaced 20 inches apart. Cut the first set of joists at 5 degree cut at the end to allow for the slope so that junction doesn't want to pull away from the deck above..

I bought all the materials to build a ramp for my husband who almost 91. And getting him in and out is difficult. Person that was going to build it never came back. We lived in northern Kentucky

I wish I could find someone to help build a ramp, I would love to be able to get my powered wheelchair into the house. I have 5 steps into the house that are very difficult for me to use and it's not getting better plus I have fallen down those stairs several times in the last couple of years. I think it's great what you guys are doing...People need your help..

What region are you located in? In some areas, Habitat for Humanity will build them. Otherwise, if you can find a church willing to help, we can send plans to them.

@@RebuildingHopeMinistries I'm near Galveston (77563), so far I have tried most everyone (no Churches yet). There is one place (U.M. ARMY - TX/LA) who says they will build it for me however they have been unable to find volunteers to do it since March. Thank you...
