I agree with coach Salas on pretty much everything he spoke of but I most certainly agree on his philosophy on leadership and having leadership programs for your players, also systematic scheme and becoming efficient in that system. I learned a lot today in the basics and fundamentals on running a program as best as you can. As coach Mckie alluded to we try and make things complicated at times, but just keep it simple. Thanks again coaches it’s my second full season coaching coming up and I’m still learning so thank you so much for the insight and information. Coach Salas & coach Mckie thank you again.

Coach McKie Your absolutely right coach. I wanted to ask a question and see if you agree. When your head coach are you coaching or just people, organizational and business managing at that point and coaching is pretty much delegated at that point? What’s your take please and thank you for the quick responses as well. Also I was introduced to the spread offense this year by my head coach and I absolutely fell in love with it and I also went to a clinic where grame Harrell was there and he explained the spread air raid and when watched USC this year, my team pretty much ran the same offense as The Trojans, Sooners, and UCLA bruins I was so amazed by this that’s why I’m delving into this system more because I saw that it worked at every level it seems and our QB wasn’t the best but he did a decent job with learning a new system and being a senior, but I wanted to ask what are the concepts that make a spread air raid offense different from a regular spread offense like I would say urban Meyer ran at Utah and Florida.
