I keep my NAS drives on a UPS. It’s big enough to handle small power outages and keep the drives from rebooting.

I used 2x12tb drives in RAID. Did you buy yours with drives already installed?

@FamilyGeekery no, I ordered my drives. I just saw the difference though. I have a 213j :( It's not as amazing as urs. But I only paid $48 so I can't complain

@@continentalcosplay1243 1gb ram is enough? your NAS is slow?

1 GB of RAM is enough for this NAS model? I am planning to buy this model, but I am worried about the 1 GB of RAM only. I'm going to use it for backing up files from mobile and PC; not much of PLEX Steam, but I may stream it sometime once a month while travelling.

I believe so. Unless you’re using a lot of apps and docks, it should be fine. I haven’t had any problem with storing files, etc.
