Great video. Been looking for a replacement for the Big Green Egg i sold a while back. It held high temps, ~700F for quite a while, did a bunch of pizzas on it. How does your grill do at high temps?

Don't Fast Forward Your Videos! It's to hard to keep up that way!!

I had quite a lot of footage, if I hadn't fast-forwarded it would have run into hours. I like to keep the videos short and show the ideas and method more than the nitty gritty of grinding/welding. Still, I agree I could've done a better job of cutting out the chaff and slowing down for the interesting bits. Cheers

Way to complicated to smoke ribs, brisket or anything else😂. All the great BBQ joints have simple smokers.
