here is a tool tip that CHANGED my life.... for rattle cans they make a shaker that attaches to your drill... it looks like a cup with a rod on the bottom of cup, you mount it on drill like a normal bit.... insert rattle can and hit the trigger, you can reverse the drill part way through if you want but no more shaking and shaking cans..... in 30 seconds to a min is like 15 mins of shaking, it is the best tool I HAVE EVER BOUGHT (at least as a hobbyist lol) its not very expensive either.... if you cant find it let me know and I'll find a link for you. the name on mine is I can mixx..... you'll love it I would bet money on that claim, it did for me as I HATED shaking cans and never did it enough until this tool came along and a min or few is way more than needed

A great applicator for tamiya putty is a colour shaper. You’ll end up putting on less and that speeds up the sanding.

Ohh...Dat's some chunky plastic sprues! That terrain seems pretty indestructible. And pretty modular by the look of it. Such a shame we can't use it for 28/32mm scale minis (Shatterpoint is 40mm scaled, folks).

You can use it if you want for Legion (35mm) and AMG make a point of saying that. Doors are the biggest giveaway and industrial buildings often have bigger ones for mechs/machinery. Shatterpoint is the largest minis I have though.

You may know this tip Kathy...If you incorrectly glue two parts together with Tamiya Extra Thin reapply the same glue to the two parts and they should come away fairly easily. 👍

You can do as much or as little as you want. At the very least, spray paint the terrain the colour you want and pick out the details such as keypads or wires. Then put a wash on it.

I was hoing to make multiple gantries but just realised there are only 4 legs for them

They slot on the buildings firmly enough so I’ve never used the legs, even on the longer ones.

I'm in love with Shatterpoint's sculpts and style, even if the actual game isn't that interesting to me. The walkways I think I liked the 2nd stage, where it was shinier... but the best would be a mix of the three, where they look different because they got different amount of use. But, different strokes!

I think it’s a good idea here where there’s a problem with one step, they can adjust easily online. Otherwise, I do prefer paper instructions.
