I think you did a very good job. I’m more comfortable with oils than acrylics though. Still, it works just as well for you.

NONSENCE on INTERNET and this kit from A.MiG! Czechoslovakia NEVER HAD T-54B! In my country we made T-54A under soviet license. Initial 1958. The grill covers of T-54A are diferente and tank was lifetime modernised /60-80s/, first to T-54AM...AM1...AM2. Many other differences and specifications, just as Poland modified its licensed T-54A from 1956.

Your kit is not bad, but "aluminum or silver color" is not used so much for wash and wheatering, it looks unnatural then
