Should make a house for their best friends. Like she joined a painting group and met a married person - they went to their house where her husband made them drinks and then they started a band because the painters partner was a guitarist. They also have a baby. Also the rival should have a child that one of their kids ends up liking...Romeo and Juliet! drama!

The most expensive neighborhood could have a restaurant/lounge/event center. Make a nice eating area, with a private room for special events, a bar area, a ballroom with a stage at one end with all the instruments in game (piano, mic, violin, guitar, and maybe even the podium from City living to make speeches) and a dance floor, a fancy fountain out the front, lovely gardens (think Von Haunt Estate in Windenburg), slip a wedding arch in somewhere. If that isn't expensive enough, make an upper floor a hotel with a few hotel suites. You could even have a basement night club for the after hours crowd (I'm partial to black and neon). You could decide if this is a new modern build or an old estate manor house that has been converted.

You could do a country or gentleman's club in the most expensive neighborhood! :3 with a massage room and onsen baths and steamrooms, an entire gym, a games room with bowling lanes, etc... and then top it off with an actual vineyard (just rows and rows of grape plants). That's a sure way to rack up those simoleons!

Watching this series gave me an idea for a new series. You should build a neighborhood/world with just shells with only basics (kitchen and bathroom counters, major appliances,and landscaping) and start your sim in the first lot and do like a rags to riches just like this. But instead of furnishing all the lots upfront you do it in the game play. So you move into the first house and start acquiring items. And when you move you bring all your stuff to the new home and you reuse a lot of your same items and at the same time you can upgrade them. So maybe you move and with the bigger space you decide to buy a new/better dining table, etc. And of course in the real world most often you don’t bring appliances to knew homes so you can just remove them from the inventory and adjust your funds. I think I’d be fun to see the sims evolve with their new homes, like Sims meets Unpacking. I guess this is a pretty basic idea and how a lot of people play, but I love your builds and the storylines you make for your sims so I think it’d be really fun to watch.

Catching up on the videos but here’s an idea for a community lot a church/chapel with a graveyard. I’m thinking inspirations like the Sistine chapel ceiling by Michelangelo, Leonard Da Vinci painting of the last supper. Have it be Italian inspired with the art work, and the wine. Ie huge chapel that is fancy I mean it is several stories, multiple rooms such as a fellowship hall, a library, small classrooms, kitchen, the main church part, the outside can have a place for an outdoor wedding on the side, a fancy youth hang out in the basement. A church garden cause the church helps gives back to their community by having a food bank i which it grows their own fruits and veggies. Etc those are just some ideas to help you out if you decide to build a church/chapel.
