Oonagh's message is simple but profound. In addition to the things we already know we need to do (but most of us don't routinely do), she adds the depth that I'm learning from her in her transformation class about ingrained habit change. I love being able to watch this as a reminder until my new habits feel natural.

I'm taking Oonaugh's 28-Day Transformation, and this woman is a bombshell of personal empowerment. She's crafted a well-thought-out daily plan to transform our diet and fitness routines and develop healthy habits to stick to them. I also want to acknowledge that healthy living in the American culture is an uphill battle. (shocker?) I know this from living for a year in Spain, where the lifestyle was much more conducive to living in health (less stress, more movement, less alcohol, smaller portions, less red meat consumption, more live/work balance, more focus on family, less extreme focus on status/achievement or body image, olive oil, whole foods, oh and universal healthcare, (a huge stressor for many Americans.) If you're struggling with the weight loss roller coaster, I highly recommend taking Oonaugh's course-or moving to Spain;-)

I love the simplicity of this message and the profound, deep truth of it. Let’s all get eating our veggies, moving and sleeping more. Thank you for the reminders and for your incredible program, Oonagh.

Such a life changing video. Shame that such low view count. Your video has assured what I used to believe confusingly. Amazing speech. What a coincidence that these days I am trying to lose weight and trying to obtain good habits of waking up early, cooking my lunch and trying to eat as much as veggies and fruits.

This is so 100% spot on. I love the simplicity of eating vegetables. It's why I usually start the day with a giant salad now :)

Great talk. I am a health coach and my job is to help people cultivate good habits. Self-love is how I started taking care of myself, listening to the voice that was criticizing me, and changing that voice to a kinder, more compassionate voice. That made a huge change in my life. I feel loved and supported in everything I do...by myself. Thank you. I loved your book and receiving your emails, you are great!!

This is a powerful talk. I feel like the only reason it is not getting more views is the title isn't powerful. it should be: "Why it's so hard to lose weight." or something like that.

Thank you an excellent presentation and delivery of a much needed topic. The latest and greatest diet or fad is such a temptation even though intellectually we know there are no shortcuts to lifelong success. You are teaching me a new way to think about food and it's preparation. I always have something healthy and delicious in my refrigerator to grab and go!

But how do you identify the triggers? That's step one, and everyone always glosses over it as if it's the easiest part. In my humble opinion it's the hardest part. I'm assuming a lot of therapy and self-reflection, but if there's a more efficient way, we'd all love to hear it!

Rah Rah Rah. Wasted 13 minutes. She could have said if you find a way to interrupt the TRIGGER, you will not do the behavior. The End.
