Oh yes! I love the indoor botanical garden idea. There could be a greenhouse with a pond inside for special lilies and then a landscaped area outside too with different areas for plants from different environments to be grouped together. The San Francisco botanical garden has different areas like this for inspiration

I’d LOVE to see a vet clinic in Bloomcrest. This is something you’d usually won’t build, I suppose, but it would be soo cute if the family loves gardening and animals/pets. You could also include a barn or something in the vet clinic.

My thoughts on the kids style could be like a technologically advanced zoologist since they grew up surrounded by animal toys but also with a tablet from a young age, so they want to develop their technology and science skills to help save and look after different species of animals.

Community lot idea is a dog park with a large fishing pond a bunch of fruit trees. Maybe even A pavilion people can get married hold concerts and things like that! I know we’re introducing kids and I think maybe they should adopt a family dog later on down the line so this would be a perfect spot for them to take the kids and the puppy. As far as baby names go for a girl Ivy and for a boy fennel ♥️

I think as the houses get bigger u can splurge on skill rooms!! like a basement movie theater, arcade, maybe one kid is into streaming so They have their own streaming/film room, an art studio, a sun room/ an indoor greenhouse, a downstairs speakeasy bar for their juice business ( with perhaps.. a SECRET ENTRANCE??). I also think like a mall or a teen hangout spot would be a really cool way to do the public lot.. or a food truck pod with lots of picnic tables, they could have their own truck for their business or something and the kids help work it! so many ideas!!!

Since your using a lot of green-ish items in this neighborhood, and SO MANY barrels (love them btw) you could name the neighborhood The Berylhood because beryl is a green stone. It would also be a fun play on words. I also love your vids, your one of the best youtubers out there!

I feel like it could be a cool challenge to have the kids have a more expensive taste but still keep it within aesthetics and fitting their personality. Maybe their oldest child wants to become famous and as a result has a fancier taste (like a makeup youtube guru or pop star for example) but the younger child has a bit of a cleaner, animistic and modern style and maybe want to be a doctor or business person. You could even add a third child that's a bit of a black sheep, maybe someone who loves to party and go to raves and stuff lol

It could have a library, gym, kids center, community garden, chess tables, an outdoor eating pavilion, a Bloomcrest historical society room... you get the idea. A solid, multipurpose lot. Perhaps it could be on the biggest lot on the strip or actually, maybe the waterfront lot in the other neighborhood because it has the pirate ship playground accessible from it.

I think a good way to spend money moving forward is to make your kid a gamer. You could use the most expensive computer, with a multi-moniter setup using a whole bunch of TVs. They could have a really techie game room with gadgets and electronics everywhere. Also, as Anna gets older, I could see her getting into antique collecting, which can help bring in the pricier decor. Maybe she even opens and antique shop as one of your later community lots 😊

Having twins can help eat up some budget for future builds. You could do a nice 4 story house with each floor dedicated to the skills each sim would need. Anna could get a full art studio room to do her paintings in and maybe take up flower arranging to use the plants Theo doesn't need for juice making or mixology. One can be like a tech/video game sims with a nice computer/game room with the vlog making table, virtual gaming rig, high end technology vibes. The gaming sim could also grow up to be a hacker in the Tech Guru and need woodworking bench to get the handiness skill so they can upgrade electronics for better hacking. The other can be a fashionista sim with a huge walk in closet, marble floors, fancy top notch Get Famous pack vibes. The fashionista could also grow up to be an actor and need the microphone, a music room, and a fitness room as those skills help them get better acting gigs.
